Terms of Service - Internal Airtable Application

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    Welcome to the Botboost internal application (the “Service”). By accessing or using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

  2. Service Description
    The Service is an internal Airtable-based tool that allows authorized team members to upload and schedule videos to TikTok via TikTok’s Content Posting API.

  3. Authorized Users

    • Only employees or contractors with explicit permission from Botboost may use this Service.
    • Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited.

  4. User Accounts and Credentials

    • Users must authenticate through TikTok’s OAuth 2.0 flow to post content on TikTok.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all actions taken under your account.

  5. Content and Usage

    • You may only upload and post content that complies with TikTok’s Community Guidelines and Botboost internal policies.
    • You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload.
    • Any misuse of the Service, including the posting of prohibited or illegal content, may result in immediate revocation of access.

  6. Intellectual Property

    • Botboost retains all rights to any proprietary aspects of the Service itself.
    • TikTok trademarks, logos, or brand features are subject to TikTok’s own policies and rights.

  7. Data Privacy

    • Our handling of personal or account data is governed by our Privacy Policy [Privacy Policy].
    • By using the Service, you agree that we can process and store your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

  8. Disclaimer of Warranties

    • The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.
    • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

    • To the extent permitted by law, Botboost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits.
    • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using the Service.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Botboost harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
